Rise Vision
Rise Vision is the software that controls the content on the displays around the district.
Final Forms is used as an online platform where parents, students and staff can complete their yearly registration forms.
How to Access
Staff should log in with their email address and password under the Staff section.
Parents should log in with their email address and password under the Parent section. If they do not know their account, use the tools on the page or contact the child’s office.
Students should log in with their email address and password under the Student section. If they do not know their account, use the tools on the page or contact the child’s office. Students will have time to complete this during the annual technology check at the beginning of the year.
Students in Elementary School do not need to sign.
